I AM 35 YEARS OLD. CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION?
Yes, the competition accepts participants without age limit. Because many participants, who are a little bit older than 35, asked, if they can participate.
HOW CAN I PAY THE APPLICATION FEE FOR THE COMPETITION?
You can pay the Application Fee online with PayPal or you can make a bank transfer to our account.
I WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION, BUT I HAVE NO CD OR DVD TO SUBMIT.
IT IS SO EXPENSIVE TO RECORD A DVD, BECAUSE ONLY VERY EXPENSIVE RECORING COMPANIES OR TV BROADCASTING HAS SUCH EQUIPMENT.
The competition gives the possibility for the participants to record their CD and DVD for the competition. Please ask for dates and conditions.
HOW DO YOU PRODUCE A DVD?
For a DVD production, we need a lot of material such as, at least 4 professional cameras,
16 microphones, spot light, mixer, monitors, remote control, etc... and kilometers of cable. After the recording, our studio must do the audio editing, video synchronization, video editing, effecting, mastering and DVD authoring. All this procedure needs many computers. For the CD-DVD publication, we make the cover, booklet and label design, text correction, color match. We have many expensive graphic programs. For the manufacture, we use robots and automatic disc laminators and our printing factory. For the promotion, we make a special website for our videos. All these procedures are a science and are extremely complex! A production cost normally at least € 30000.- Euro. For the majority of musicians, without sponsor or manager, it is not possible to pay such an amount. of money. But, we offer this great possibility for our prizewinners.
